  (Skukuza & Pretoriuskop), Mozambique (Maputo),
  Swaziland (Hluhluwe Game Reserve),
  St Lucia (Game Reserve & Zulu Village), Durban,
  Bergville, Johannesburg
- No Bike Riding inside Kruger NP, Van or Guided Hike Only
- Fly to & Tour Cape Town
- Departure Flight: Cape Town, Johannesburg to Dulles
  (refuel Dakar, Senegal), then to Denver
